Dr. Leon Aibinder is a highly regarded chiropractor specializing in sports medicine, manual therapy and rehabilitation, with over 20 years of clinical experience treating a diverse range of patients - from professional athletes to everyday individuals seeking pain relief and performance enhancement. His approach emphasizes evidence-based medicine, personalized treatment plans, and a commitment to empowering patients through education on movement, ergonomics, and injury prevention, ensuring they can “move well and fluidly” in sports, daily activities, or recovery from chronic conditions.

His early career was marked by a passion for continuous learning, which broadened his expertise in the body’s biomechanics, function , and recovery processes.
Until recently he was a respected instructor for Active Release Technique (ART) seminars across the the US and Canada, where has educated chiropractors and physical therapists on soft tissue mobilization and injury resolution.
His clinical interests include linking foot/ankle dysfunction to lower back/hip pain, addressing shoulder/elbow conditions, rotator cuffs issues and core weaknesses that resist traditional orthopedic or physical therapy interventions.

Most injuries are caused by overuse and repetitive stress injuries. Overtime, small tasks done with poor posture can lead to acute and chronic pain, which can result in poor overall function. However, if you’re active and participate in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, weight training, pilates, yoga, ballet, tennis, golf, running, cycling or another sport, injuries can occur at the wrong time of your training schedule. We will get to the source of the problem and initiate a thorough plan.
Procedures encompass chiropractic adjustments, manipulation, mobilization, flexion/distraction, kinesiotaping, Gua Sha and exercise therapy.
At the core of Dr. Aibinder‘s practice is a holistic philosophy: empowering patients through education on spinal health, ergonomics, posture and proper movement to prevent re-injury and enhance quality of life. There is no reason for pain to slow down individuals from doing what they love, whether its competition of simple daily tasks.
